How To Reset Your myNSFAS Login Details

Are you trying to log into your myNSFAS account and having trouble? You probably will need to reset your myNSFAS login, here's how.

What if you have an existing myNSFAS account but you've forgotten your old username, password or cellphone number? Well, you would then need to reset your myNSFAS login details.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the NSFAS website
  2. Click on 'myNSFAS'
  3. Click on 'forgot password'
  4. Type in your ID number
  5. Choose what you require help with
  6. Click on 'submit'
  7. The username and the link to change your password will then be sent via SMS and email 
  8. Open the link to be redirected to the reset password page
  9. Reset your password by following the prompts on the screen
