UNISA Internship Programme Now Open For Applications
 

The University of South Africa (UNISA) is inviting applications from qualified and unemployed South African graduates to join its 12-month Internship Programme. This opportunity is designed to provide valuable workplace experience to young professionals who have completed their studies at UNISA.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the UNISA Internship Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an unemployed South African citizen.
  • Have completed a UNISA qualification at NQF level 6 or higher.
  • Be 35 years old or younger.
     
  • Have no prior formal work experience in the field of application.
  • Applicants with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants who were previously appointed at UNISA or any other organisation will not be considered.

Application Guidelines

When submitting your application, please ensure that:

  • You clearly indicate the position reference number and your UNISA student number on the application portal.
  • If you wish to apply for more than one position, submit a separate application for each post.
  • You are a UNISA graduate in the relevant field of study.

This internship offers graduates an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within South Africa’s largest open distance learning institution, while contributing to meaningful projects that support higher education and learning.
