Business Analyst Internship

Purpose of the Role:
To understand business change needs, assessing the impact of those changes, capturing, analysing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements to relevant parties.

Primarily the areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to: 
   • Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring
   • Requirements Elicitation
   • Requirements Management and Communication
   • Requirements Analysis

Requirements

   • BSc in Information Science or related degree 
   • Core languages: C#, SQL, Angular

Credit Risk Internship

You’ll work alongside our Data & Analytics and Credit Risk teams to:
    • Analyse data to identify business trends and risk patterns
    • Build reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions
    • Develop and apply predictive models to improve business insights
    • Gain exposure to BI, credit analytics, and data science processes
    • Present insights that influence operational and credit performance

This role is ideal for graduates who enjoy problem-solving, data interpretation, and working in a fast-paced, analytical environment.

Requirements: Who should apply

Minimum requirements:
    • Relevant degree in one of the following:
      o BCom Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent analytical qualification
      o B-Degree in Data Science
    • Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools is advantageous

System Analyst Internship

The Systems Analyst Intern will support the Technology team in understanding business needs, documenting requirements, and assisting in the design and testing of system solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong analytical skills, and is eager to grow within the IT and business systems environment.

What You’ll Gain Experience In:
   • Business Analysis: Gathering and documenting business requirements.
   • Systems Design: Assisting in creating solution designs that align with business goals.
   • Testing & Quality Assurance: Supporting functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
   • Documentation: Preparing process flows, system documentation, and user manuals.
   • Collaboration: Working closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.

As a Systems Analyst Intern, you’ll:

   • Qualification: BSc in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
   • Knowledge of SQL, system design principles, or UML diagrams will be advantageous.
