LearnEx is a South African corporate training company specialising in using things like Learnerships to help companies get qualified staff.

Learnerships don't have a specific start date the way that college or university courses do. Because a company has to provide an employment contract before the Learnership starts the whole thing depends on the company. The Learnership programme will have to fit in with the company's requirements.
