iMas Insurance Brokers Long-Term Insurance Learnership – Applications Now Open
iMas Insurance Brokers, an authorised financial services provider specialising in financing and insurance solutions, is inviting applications from unemployed individuals from previously disadvantaged and designated groups to join its Long-Term Insurance (Life) Learnership Programme.
This 12-month learnership offers the chance to gain practical work experience in the Sales and/or Administration departments, supported by structured theoretical training, on-the-job coaching, and professional mentoring. Successful learners will receive a monthly allowance of R5,000 and will achieve a Full Insurance Qualification at NQF Level 4 upon completion.
What the Programme Offers:
- Hands-on experience in Long-Term Insurance operations
- Training in research, literacy, numeracy, and risk assessment
- Knowledge of personal finance management and financial risk
- Understanding of legislative, ethical, and compliance requirements in the insurance industry
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting
- Currently unemployed
- Not enrolled in any other studies
- Available to start on 1 September 2025
