Requirements
- All applicants must have successfully completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Must have successfully completed a tertiary qualification in the following fields:
- Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Operations Management
- Microbiology / Biotechnology
- Management Accounting/Finance
- Safety / Environmental / Risk Management
- Have not worked full-time (more than 1 year) in their field of study.
- An energetic, self-starter who will be able to deal with multifaceted situations, committed to excellence and has willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work well within a team and individually.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
