Deloitte South Africa is currently accepting applications for its 2025 Vacation Interactive Business Experience (VIBE) programme — an exciting internship opportunity designed for second-year varsity students who want to gain insight into the world of work and the diverse career paths available within Deloitte.
What Is the Deloitte VIBE Programme?
The VIBE internship is a dynamic, in-person experience that gives university students the chance to immerse themselves in Deloitte’s unique business culture.
Taking place from 1 to 4 July 2025 at Deloitte’s Midrand Office, the programme is aimed at high-achieving second-year students who are ready to take the next step in their career journey.
Participants will engage in hands-on workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions with Deloitte professionals. You'll gain valuable knowledge about Deloitte’s various service lines and the multidisciplinary approach that sets the company apart.

Who Should Apply?
To qualify for the VIBE internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be currently in your 2nd year of undergraduate study towards a Bachelor’s degree.
- Have achieved at least 60% in all Matric (Grade 12) subjects.
- Submit a motivational paragraph explaining why you should be selected for the 2025 VIBE Programme.
