Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (or equivalent)
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be a resident of the City of Ekurhuleni (proof of residence required)
- Computer literacy is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must not be active on the City of Ekurhuleni HR System at the time the programme begins
Key Responsibilities
During the learnership, successful candidates will:
- Participate fully in all learning activities and practical work experience
- Adhere to workplace policies, procedures, and schedules
- Complete required assessments and documentation to track workplace learning
- Attend theoretical training sessions and actively engage with the content
- Execute assigned tasks and work collaboratively with mentors and team members
- Demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality in all work-related matters
