Are you ready to accelerate your career with one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands? BMW Group South Africa is inviting passionate and driven graduates to apply for its 2026 Graduate Programme, based at the company’s National Sales Head Office in Midrand, Johannesburg.

About the BMW Graduate Programme

The BMW Graduate Programme is designed to develop talented graduates into future leaders through real-world experience and professional training. Participants will gain exposure to various departments, projects and business processes, while receiving continuous support and mentoring.

Graduates can look forward to:

  • Practical, on-the-job training in their field of study
  • Technical and leadership skills development
  • Mentoring and coaching from industry experts
  • Opportunities to collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams

The programme is open to graduates who will complete their studies by the end of 2025 or who have completed their qualifications within the past 18 months and are currently unemployed.

Who Should Apply?

BMW is looking for high-achieving graduates who are eager to learn, collaborate and contribute to a global brand. Candidates must hold a university degree or higher qualification with an average pass mark of at least 65% in one of the following fields:

  • B.Com or B.Com Honours in Finance
  • B.Com or B.Com Honours in Accounting
  • Business Administration
  • LLB
  • Marketing
  • Communication
  • Media Relations
  • Health Services Management (Degree or Diploma)
  • Human Resources
